Al Apuzzo is the President and Managing Broker of Lee & Associates- North San Diego County in Carlsbad and is the founder of Net Lease 1031 Advisors. Al has nearly 30 years of successful real estate and financing transactional experiences. With a background in retail investments & land development, his resume includes extensive experience in brokerage, tax deferred exchange, asset & property management, project management, finance and consulting. Al provides his clients with full-service real estate investment strategies and solutions customized to meet their specific needs. Al understands the importance and complexities of managing investments and possesses an unmatched depth of knowledge on how to effectively guide his clients through short & long term investment horizons. Al has handled over $3 Billion in real estate transactions.
Al received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Science in Business Administration-Finance & Real Estate from San Diego State University. Al has won countless awards in commercial real estate, including Broker of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal in 2020. Al resides with his wife and three children in Leucadia, California and is a diehard college basketball fan and music lover.

With a deep understanding of exchange regulations and market trends, Brianna tailors strategic solutions to help clients build and preserve wealth through real estate investments. Beyond her professional expertise, Brianna is a proud twin, a dedicated mother, and the owner of a mini Goldendoodle, Scout. She remains active in her community and was honored as Miss Fallbrook in 2017.
